Schedule It was conceived by an experienced independent adjuster who intimately knows the job and the pain points that come with it. She knows that adjusters are at their best when they’re on the ladder instead of spending so much time mapping, routing, calling, and scheduling. So, she set out to find a way to automate those time-consuming tasks and the result was Schedule It Pro, a platform for adjusters by adjusters.

As CEO of Schedule It, Rebecca oversees all aspects of the company’s day-to-day activities and strategic direction. As a cofounder of Schedule It, she’s helped to fill a critical need in the insurance industry. A former insurance adjuster, she set out to disrupt the industry by inventing a solution that would automate key parts of the claims handling process to allow adjusters to work more efficiently. In turn, this solution made for happier, more loyal policyholders and more profitable carriers.
A nationally recognized speaker, Rebecca provides educational content to adjusters who want to work more efficiently, close more claims faster, and make more money.
Michelle Tonietti-Goodman
VP of Marketing and Partner Experience
Michelle Tonietti-Goodman is passionate about delivering excellent customer experiences and, as a result, delivers them again and again. As the Vice President of Marketing & Partner Experience, she leads her team that focuses on brand identity, and customer and employee experience. Basically, she guides the company’s strategies for creating a more consistent and cohesive brand and customer-first experience.
Brad Rumer
VP of Sales and Client Relations
As the VP of Sales & Client Relations, Brad leads the company’s client & customer on-boarding and support processes. Starting his career managing multi-unit big box retailers, Brad’s experience has transitioned to corporate operations including sales, P&L management, strategic planning, and team/leadership development. This experience positions him well to lead his team in maximizing our relationship with and service of Schedule It Pro customers.
